Dirt Bike 85% Factory Assembled Package
The Dirt Bike 85% Factory Assembled Package comes with partially assembled. It will be required to assemble some bolt-on items such as: Front and Rear wheels, Handle Bar Clamps, Rear Shocks, and Front Brake. (Each model might be slightly different. Please use this information as a guideline).
**Please note that the quality check on all factory 85% factory assembled packages are performed by the factory. Proper adjustment is required before riding. Licensed mechanic is recommended.
New owners are required to perform inspection of the Dirt Bike before first riding. Professional mechanic is recommended.
Dirt Bike Fully Assembled Package (Recommend)
The exclusive Dirt Bike fully assembled Package is done by our dedicated professional assembly teams. In order to ensure quality of each Dirt Bike and prevent future issues due to mis-assembly, our professional teams will perform assembly for you.

- Assemble all fenders and parts using locktite
- Change engine oil and gear oil
- Tighten axle nuts
- Tighten brake rotor and sprocket bolts
- Tighten handle bar bolts
- Tighten steering stem nuts
- Check brakes and brake lever adjustment
- Check throttle adjustment
- Check chain/belt tension and adjustment
- Check tire pressure
- Charge battery
- Tighten kickstand and center stand
- Check pull start and kick start
- Set idle adjustment
- Check all fuel lines
- Check all electrical connections
- Check all lights
- Check kill switch
- Fill gas tank with small amount of gas to start unit and run.
- After test run, drain gas from gas tank before packaging.
- Check Charging System
- Check signal lights
