This model comes standard with a reliable electric starter, CDI ignition, LED turn signals and tail lights, halogen headlights and a high/low beam for improved visibility while night riding. The Morrow gas moped scooter is EPA and DOT approved street legal and is register-able as a street legal vehicle in all 50 states including California.
